The scope of work will include but is not limited to all construction services related to removing and replacing six (6) HVAC units complete. The successful contractor shall be responsible for permits, fees, personnel, supervision, labor, time, materials required to perform a turnkey job, in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications.
